There is an option of extending the tour further with a Vancouver stopover and Alaskan Inside Passage cruise to complete this once in a lifetime experience.

Tour Cost Includes:

• Twin share accommodation with ensuite facilities throughout.
• Meals as per itinerary: B = Breakfast, L = Lunch & D = Dinner.
• All entry fees to sightseeing activities & farm/technical visits as listed in the itinerary.


Tour cost does not include:
• Travel insurance – compulsory.
• International return airfares and an electronic travel authorisation for entry to Canada.  If doing the Inside Passage cruise a USA ESTA will also be required.
• Items of personal nature eg laundry/phone/medications and any optional extras/tours listed in the itinerary.  Gratuities/tips are not included

Depart your home port for your flight to Calgary, Alberta (own expense). Your adventure begins as you arrive into Calgary, and make your way to the hotel in time for a welcome dinner. Overnight: Calgary

DAY 2: Sat 11 Jul CALGARY STAMPEDE (B)
Today is a full day at the iconic Calgary Stampede – the “Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth” to enjoy as you choose from the agricultural pavilions and other many other displays.  This evening you will enjoy the thrill and excitement of the world famous Chuckwagon Races with reserved seating, Grandstand Show and Fireworks.  This will be a very late evening. DAY 3: Sun 12 Jul CALGARY STAMPEDE (BD)
Relax after breakfast at the hotel with some downtime before arriving to the Calgary Stampede for the day.  Enjoy time to explore the different exhibits and to take in the afternoon Rodeo – reserved seating included. Overnight:  Central Alberta region

DAY 4: Mon 13 Jul CENTRAL ALBERTA & LACOMBE (BLD)
This morning visit Horseshoe Canyon, a dramatic U-shaped canyon in Alberta’s badlands, known for its layered rock formations, fossil beds and striking desert-like landscape.  This afternoon enjoy a visit to western Canada’s largest hay export facility.  Continue to LAL Farms, a 4500 acre family run grain farm, for a visit & dinner. DAY 5: Tue 14 Jul LACOMBE FARM VISITS (BLD)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a tour of Pentagon Farm Centre, one of the largest farm equipment dealerships in western Canada.  Continue to a purebred Simmental farm, a family run operation and grain farm, and enjoy lunch on site.  This afternoon visit a purebred Angus cattle farm.  Enjoy dinner this evening featuring freshly grown and raised ingredients. DAY 6: Wed 15 Jul LACOMBE – JASPER NATIONAL PARK (BLD)
After breakfast, load up the coach and head west for the Canadian Rockies.  Stop for a coffee at Canada’s infamous Tim Hortons before continuing west through the beautiful Rocky Mountains, passing Abraham Lake - Canada’s largest man-made lake.  Arrive at Jasper National Park and board a SnoCoach for a thrilling trek to Athabasca Glacier before arriving at the hotel in time for dinner. DAY 7: Thu 16 Jul JASPER NP – BANFF NP – CANMORE (B)
This morning depart south to Peyto Lake for photo opportunities at Peyto Lake Overlook, being rewarded with breathtaking views.  Please note that access to this outlook requires a steep walk on a paved pathway, roughly 500m.  Afterwards stop at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise bus parking area with time for photos of beautiful Lake Louise.  Continue to Banff, a charming mountain town nestled in the heart of Banff National Park, known for its stunning alpine scenery, turquoise lakes and vibrant town centre.  Stop in Banff Avenue for lunch (own expense) and shopping before enjoying the Sulphur Mountain Banff Gondola ride.  Enjoy the views and take in the newly renovated Sulphur Mountain Observation Centre. DAY 8: Fri 17 Jul CANMORE – LETHBRIDGE (BLD)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a scenic drive from the Canadian Rockies into the foothills of southern Alberta.  Visit a functioning grain elevator, which is situated along the Canadian National Railway, to learn about the importance of the railroad for grain farmers in Canada.  Enjoy an afternoon tour of Broxburn Vegetable Greenhouses & Farm before continuing to the accommodation. DAY 9: Sat 18 Jul SOUTHERN ALBERTA (BLD)
This morning enjoy a visit to a large potato, sugar beet and bean farm and learn about the importance of irrigation for farmers in southern Alberta.  This afternoon visit a dairy farm, a large family run operation.  Later have dinner and tasting at a local winery in the region. Overnight:  As Above

DAY 10: Sun 19 Jul LETHBRIDGE – SWIFT CURRENT (BLD)
After breakfast we visit a mint farm – where mint is grown and processed for Colgate toothpaste and many popular essential oil brands.  Enjoy a scenic drive east through the grasslands of Alberta, arriving at Medicine Hat, known as the “sunniest city in Canada”.  Enjoy a tour and tasting at a local brewery where barley & hops are locally grown.  View the large monument being the Saamis Tepee which stands over 215 feet tall before dinner at the hotel Overnight:  Swift Current

DAY 11: Mon 20 Jul SWIFT CURRENT – MOOSE JAW, SASKATCHEWAN (BLD)
Travel east this morning and enter the province of Saskatchewan, known as the “Breadbasket of Canada” due to its significant agricultural production.  Today we will visit one of the largest farm enterprises in the Saskatchewan area.  This evening will include a unique experience at the “Tunnels of Moose Jaw” – theatrically guided tours taking history underground.  The tour will explain the importance of the tunnels during the 1920’s prohibition era. DAY 12: Tue 21 Jul MOOSE JAW – SASKATOON (BD)
Today we travel to Saskatoon, driving through some of the best farmland of Saskatchewan.  A stop enroute before arriving at a farm equipment production centre. Overnight:  Saskatoon

DAY 13: Wed 22 Jul AG-IN-MOTION FARM SHOW (BD)
Have the opportunity to spend a full day at the Ag-in-Motion Farm Show, the largest outdoor farm expo in Western Canada, featuring the latest advancements in agriculture technology and equipment.  With live field demonstrations, educational events and networking opportunities, it’s a must-attend event for anyone in the agricultural industry. DAY 14: Thu 23 Jul SASKATOON – FLY HOME (B)
